Finally Got my own place...

I am so irregular in posting these days. Partly because I am lazy and partly because blogger is blocked in my office. It is interesting to see how you get creative to write some posts only when you are at work and have a ton of things to finish up. Sort of reminiscent of the school days when you would sneak in to watch few overs of cricket even if you have an tough exam the next day. Those few over will be so much more interesting than the entire day of cricket you would watch on another day.

ok! Enough digressing from the topic! My room-mate left for California last week and I have the entire apartment to myself. I cleaned and spruced up the place and even hosted my first guests last weekend. It is nice to have a place of my own. I am going to get a book shelf and a bed. That is going to my next project. All these days if any of my friends or family came to Jersey, I will go and see them. I couldn't invite them over since I had barely enough space for me to sleep in. Now things are different. I can invite anyone for dinner(not that I started cooking, but one day I might) or stay over. It feels good to be able to do it. Though I will paying twice the rent I used to pay, I feel like it is worth the cost.

It is sort of like a next step, an upgrade to the next level in life. That is why it feels important enough for me to record this in my blog.
